Survey and analysis works for the selected communities for each of the years can be subdivided into two phases:
- Pre-project Social Monitoring and Evaluation Study – This involves data collection and analysis socio-economic conditions and living standards of the population in selected beneficiary communities to allow for the understanding of the initial situation and assessing the pre-project status.
Post-project Social Monitoring and Evaluation Study – This involves establishing the post-project implementation conditions of the population in selected beneficiary communities to allow for understanding of the situation and assessing the post-project status. Post-project Social Monitoring and Evaluation Study shall be carried out within one year after completion of civil works on each road section where the selected beneficiary community is located.
